Warranty Information & Company Policy

Warranty
We stand behind our services. We provide warranty for all the equipment repaired by Royal Camera Service. If you experience the same problem with your item please bring it back, or ship it to us and it will be fixed at no charge.

The warranty will not cover any items returned with impact damage, water damage, sand damage or showing signs of tampering.  There is no warranty on cleaning services.

Warranty periods:
Audio Equipment Repair - 3 months

Service Area
We only service equipment shipped from and shipped to addresses within the continental US and Hawaii.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Estimates
We reserve the right to revise the estimate, if additional defects are discovered during the repair. We always call our customers when re-estimate is needed, and we will not proceed with the repair without the approval.

Payments we accept
Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express)

Money Order

Cashiers Checks

P.O's (please call before you ship your item to us to check if your company qualify for P.O. repair),

Cash and Personal Checks (personal checks for more than $50.00 must clear before we can release the item to the customer). Any bounced checks returned for insufficient funds or for any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Address Change
We will not accept any mailing or shipping address changes over the phone. Any changes to the mailing/shipping address must be done in writing by mail, e-mail, or fax.

Pick Up Policy
We are not responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expenses for items left over 90 days after the date of repair. Items left over for 90 days after we notify the customer that it is ready for pick up after repair or estimate will be disposed.

Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We are using UPS Ground service for shipping all of our packages. If you need us to ship it back by faster service please indicate it on the shipping form. Royal Camera Service is not responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays or extreme weather conditions. We always do our best to accommodate the customer's needs, however sometimes there are conditions beyond our control.
